Our Story

Open Sharaton was founded by Sandra, a passionate chef and graduate of Copenhagen Hospitality College. After noticing a scarcity of African restaurants in Copenhagen, she decided to create a place where locals, tourists, and food lovers could enjoy authentic African street food. Many travellers often ask, “Where can I find real African food in Denmark?” Now, Open Sharaton is the answer!
